Thank you for visiting. This site is designed to give you a full picture of who I am — my Delta journey, my professional experience, my vision, and the sisters who stand with me.
Thank you for visiting my webpage and taking the time to learn more about my candidacy for Member, National Finance Committee. I am honored to offer myself for this role and remain deeply committed to serving our sisterhood through communication, literacy, empowerment, accountability, and responsible stewardship — the principles that shape my platform, Finance Made C.L.E.A.R.
I believe the heartbeat of keeping our sisterhood moving is finance. Behind every program, scholarship, initiative, and opportunity to impact our communities is the responsibility of sound financial stewardship. I am seeking this role because I believe strong financial leadership is essential to sustaining and strengthening the future of our Sorority for generations to come.
Throughout my professional and Delta leadership experience, I have contributed to strategic financial planning, operational oversight, and budget management connected to more than $200 million in financial oversight. In addition, I have secured strategic partnerships that have led to more than $150,000 in sponsorships, grants, and donations support for local and regional initiatives focused on programming, scholarships, community impact, and member development. Over my sixteen years in Delta, I have also championed financial literacy and member empowerment through initiatives designed to make financial understanding more accessible to both collegiate and alumnae members.
I welcome the opportunity to bring my experience in financial strategy, systems integration, innovation, and servant leadership to the National Finance Committee in service to our beloved sisterhood.

Every letter is a commitment — a pillar of how I will serve on the National Finance Committee.
Sixteen years of service, growth, and sisterhood — from Mu Gamma Chapter at Cornell University to the national stage.
Each phase of my journey has brought new lessons, deeper connections, and a growing commitment to our Sorority and our community.
My Delta story began at Cornell University, where I was initiated as a collegiate member of Mu Gamma Chapter. Excited, overwhelmed, and fully committed — my lifetime journey with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. had officially begun.

Becoming a mother is one of my proudest accomplishments and one of the most transformative seasons of my life. As a proud Nigerian American woman, I was raised with values rooted in faith, discipline, education, and service — principles that became even more meaningful during this chapter. Supported by a strong and supportive village, I learned the importance of balance, resilience, and community.
While navigating the responsibilities of new motherhood, I earned my Masters from Duke University Fuqua School of Business. This season strengthened my sense of purpose and prepared me to return to leadership and service with renewed clarity and intention.
Rededicating myself to Delta with renewed clarity and purpose, I stepped back into active service committed to strengthening the Sorority through leadership, accountability, and impactful programming. Over the years, I have served in several local leadership capacities, including Vice President, Internal Audit Chair, Chair of Program Planning and Development, Chair of EMBODI, Chair of the Economic Development Committee, committee member on multiple committees, and lead on special projects. These experiences strengthened my foundation in governance, financial stewardship, strategic planning, collaboration, and chapter operations while deepening my commitment to servant leadership.

As a participant in Cohort III of the Pearl Leadership Program within Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the experience further developed my leadership perspective and instilled in me an even greater confidence to lead as my authentic self — with purpose, collaboration, and accountability. The program reinforced the importance of organizational stewardship, intentional service, and creating meaningful impact at every level of the Sisterhood.
As the outgoing Chapter Treasurer and Budget and Finance Chair for the Atwater-Merced Alumnae Chapter, I have worked to ensure financial operations reflect transparency, accountability, and clear communication at the highest standards. In addition to overseeing chapter financial stewardship, I have helped identify and introduce funding opportunities to support impactful programming initiatives, including grants, sponsorships, and scholarship support opportunities designed to strengthen chapter sustainability and community impact. Through strategic planning, collaboration, and responsible financial leadership, I have remained committed to helping position the chapter for continued growth and long-term success.

Serving as Primary Advisor for Phi Alpha Chapter at University of California, Merced allows me to bridge collegiate members with National, Regional, and local leadership through mentorship, compliance guidance, programming development, fundraising, and chapter management.
As part of this work, I have been pivotal in helping the newly chartered chapter — less than three years old — secure over $50,000 in grants and university funding to support attendance at National Convention, Regional Conference, Delta Days, leadership development initiatives, and impactful chapter programming. Through strategic planning, mentorship, and partnership development, I remain committed to helping collegiate members build sustainable foundations for long-term success and meaningful service.
At the regional level, I became a trusted and visible leader — infusing creativity, strategy, and consistency into communications and engagement efforts across the Farwest Region. Through intentional branding, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships, the collective efforts of my committee have contributed to generating over $100,000 in donations, grants, and sponsorship support reinvested into educational programming, leadership development, wellness initiatives, scholarships, and impactful regional events. Expanding the Farwest Region brand has also opened doors to meaningful partnerships and collaborative opportunities that continue to elevate the region's visibility and impact.

As a Delta Internal Development Facilitator, I promoted Delta's policies, processes, and traditions across our membership. As Tri-Chair of the Farwest Centennial Celebration, I oversaw strategic partnerships for regional events including the Regional Retreat and Coachella.

Being recognized as the most recent Farwest Region Soror of the Year affirmed my commitment to sisterhood, service, leadership, and excellence within Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. This honor reflects my contributions locally, regionally, and nationally through consistent service, collaboration, and impactful leadership dedicated to strengthening our Sisterhood. It also serves as a reminder that leading with integrity, vision, and love for Delta creates lasting impact for future generations.
Sixteen years of Delta service, financial leadership, regional engagement, and collegiate advising have prepared me for this moment. Finance Made C.L.E.A.R. is not just a slogan — it is the next chapter of my commitment to this Sorority.

With more than a decade of experience in finance, operations, and leadership, I have worked closely with executive teams to manage complex budgets, strengthen financial systems, and support organizational growth across multiple industries.
For more than a decade, I have built a diverse professional background across healthcare, food service, transportation, entertainment, and community-focused organizations — working alongside leadership teams to strengthen operations, support financial systems, and help organizations grow with intention and sustainability.
My vision is to strengthen the financial operations of each chapter in the Farwest Region in a way that supports the Sorority's mission, empowers our members, and ensures long-term sustainability.
Through my experience in financial leadership, budget oversight, and working alongside committees, I have seen firsthand how important it is for financial processes to be clear, consistent, and supportive of the work we do. Financial systems should not feel overwhelming or disconnected — they should help members feel informed, confident, and able to fully engage.
I believe financial leadership is not just about managing funds. It is about how we communicate, how we support one another, and how we ensure accountability while maintaining responsible stewardship of the resources entrusted to us.
"Finance Made C.L.E.A.R. reflects my commitment to leading with intention — creating an environment where members feel informed, supported, and confident in the financial processes that guide our work."

Supporting collegiate leaders and advisors with financial knowledge, resources, and strategies that build sustainable chapters and a stronger sisterhood.
Our Sorority was founded by 22 collegiate women whose vision and leadership continue to shape the future of our sisterhood today. As a soror initiated through a collegiate chapter, I understand firsthand the balancing act of academics, work, campus leadership, financial responsibilities, and Delta commitments.
Through my platform, Finance Made C.L.E.A.R., I am committed to helping collegiate chapters think differently about sustainability, leadership continuity, fundraising, and maximizing every available resource to strengthen the long term success of the chapters they lead.
I understand the challenges chapters face in balancing responsibilities, sustaining programming, and securing resources while still creating meaningful collegiate experiences. My commitment is to help chapters feel supported, prepared, and equipped with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities needed to grow and thrive.
As a Primary Advisor, I understand the dedication and leadership it takes to guide collegiates. By supporting advisors, we strengthen the ability to effectively support collegiate members and the long term success of the chapters they lead. I will create supportive and accessible spaces that help advisors navigate financial processes, understand Delta's fiscal policies, and strengthen chapter operations.
